Privacy Policy

Effective October 19, 2026. PickOneAI is operated by J W, a sole proprietor in the United States, doing business as PickOneAI.

The short version

PickOneAI has no user accounts, no ads, no analytics trackers and no cookies of its own. We don't sell or rent personal data, and we don't share it for advertising.

What we collect

• Server logs (Cloudflare). The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data (IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, time) to serve and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Theme preference. If you click the dark/light toggle, your browser stores that choice in its own local storage. It never leaves your device.
• Newsletter email. Once our newsletter launches, if you subscribe, your email address and basic engagement data (opens, clicks) are handled by our email provider, beehiiv (beehiiv privacy policy). We use it only to send the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Purchases. If you buy a Featured launch slot, payment is processed by Stripe (Stripe privacy policy). We receive your name, email, billing details and payment status, but never your full card number. We keep these records for accounting and tax purposes.
• Messages you send us. If you contact us, we keep the message so we can reply.

What we don't do

• No selling or renting personal data.
• No third-party advertising or tracking pixels.
• No accounts or profiles.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email pickoneai@mail.grokbot.com or DM @PickOneAI on X. We'll act on the request unless we have to keep a record by law (for example, payment records for taxes).

Children

The site is meant for adults and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above.
